Shindig is back for its XXIII installment. On the 2nd and 3rd of May, Shindig will take over Spiller Wharf, Newcastle during the day and move to W34, theCut and Cosmic Ballroom by night. Annie Mac, Richie Hawtin, Andhim, Hannah Wants, Pete Tong, Oliver Dollar, Dusky, Steve Lawler and Hot Since 82 all grace the Quayside over the two days. Duke Dumont and Gorgon City add some serious chart-topping success to a high quality line-up.
At night, the Saturday will bring Adam Bayer, Dense & Pika, Derrick Carter and Krysko. On Sunday Dixon, DJ Tennis and Robert Dietz will see out the weekend. Shindig XXIII also makes use of local talent, with Newcastle favourites Loop giving DJ sets throughout the weekend. So there you have it: the best of international and local dance music brought together for one Bank Weekend in a great setting. Shindig XXIII has it all.
