Irish folk singer, Damien Rice has announced his new album after an eight year absence from the music scene. Entitled ‘My Favourite Faded Fantasy’, it will be released on 3rd November, a long-awaited follow-up to 2006’s ‘9‘.
The title track will be available to stream on Spotify from today and the first single ‘I Don’t Want To Change You’ will premiere later this month. Speaking frankly about the record and his break from music, Rice explains that “sometimes you have to step away from what you love in order to learn how to love it again.”
