So Fresh So Clean: Raekwon at KOKO

London’s biggest nineties hip hop night returns to celebrate its third birthday at Camden’s KOKO. Harry Love, Daniel Hills and The Menendez Bros are joined by hip hop heavyweight Raekwon of Wu Tang Clan, performing tracks from the group’s incredibly influential debut album. Raekwon will also soon be releasing his sixth album, collaborating with Ghostface, Snoop, Busta Rhymes, Rick Ross, A$AP Rocky and more.

Throughout the night Hip Hop Karaoke will be taking place in the second room, there’ll be a dance off on the main stage, a hip hop photobooth along with a ‘Best Dressed’ competition with prize for the person who comes rockin’ the freshest 90s hip hop garms.

This show will see So Fresh So Clean celebrate three years in the game by going back in time to one of hip hop’s greatest years. An era that saw the charts dominated by the likes of Naughty By Nature, Snoop Dogg, 2Pac, Souls of Mischief and of course Wu-Tang with one of the greatest Hip Hop albums of all time, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers).

We last caught up with So Fresh So Clean when they hosted a stage at Ceremony Festival over the summer. After how lively that got, their KOKO takeover is not one to miss. Tickets and info here.
