Dour Festival, 12-16 July 2017, Belgium

Brilliant new music, huge legends, and an overwhelming feeling of happiness – it’s Dour 2017.

Award winning Belgium Festival, Dour sits in a unique spot on the festival landscape. Dour Festival, one of the Europe’s most important music events, is bringing a unique, and eclectic lineup, filled with impressive headliners to the festival spanning over five days. Spread out over seven main stages; festival attendees can choose between hip-hop, indie, rock, techno, house and experimental music.

On Wednesday, A-Trak is making an appearance for the fifth time in the festival along with MIA, Throes + The Shine, Toddla T and Vald. On Thursday, we will have enormous pleasure to see The American DJ The Black Madonna, UK duo Chase and Status, classy and melancholic Earl Sweatshirt, Canadian DJ and producer Kaytranada, Solange, Todd Terje, and Techno duo Karenn amongst others. Friday night headliners are one of the music’s most in-demand artists at the moment: NAS, Pusha T, Crystal Castle, Pendulum, Nina Kraviz, and Blonde Redhead. Saturday night headliners are unquestionable rap royalty in the form of Die Antwoord, Hunne, Machinedrum, Modestep, Roman Flügel. The final day Sunday is packed with the veteran house and techno DJs and live acts, such as Tales of Us, John Hopkins, Dixon, Kolsch, Solomum, French electro duo Justice, Carl Craig, Kink, and Metronomy.

 

 

Also set to perform at Dour 2017 are French rap artists like Alkpote, Josman and Swiss DI-MEH and Slimka. A couple of dub- and reggae artists such as Manudigital + Beenie Man are playing a rare festival performance, along with Dub Addict, and Omar Perry, who are invited by Reggaebus Soundsystem. Drum’n’bass fans will be entertained by Friction, Camo & Krooked, DJ Hazard b2b DJ Hype, DJ Guv, Technimatic, DkA, One87 & Mc Mush and Murdock.

 

 

Dour has an impressive selection of music on offer at their 29th installment of the festival. From chart toppers to underground house pioneers, there’s something for everyone at one of the Europe’s most important music events. We look forward to seeing some of you here.
