Since 2001, Michigan-based artist and illustrator David Zinn has strolled the streets of his hometown, creating temporary illustrations with chalk, charcoal and other found objects. He makes his cartoon characters come to life, giving them an almost three dimensional appearance as they interact with their surroundings. Check some of his illustrations below:
